The room was close to perfection with all the comfort. Staff was incredibly helpful and professional. This place felt like the closest to perfection I ever had in hotellerie. Nowadays a lot of hotel have the 5 star but they are far away from the standard of a real one. This is a real one.

I had the most wonderful experience staying in this hotel. It really made Kyoto the best city I visited in my trip to Japan. I had my doubts seeing it very popular on tiktok, but I was indeed impressed. It was my first experience going to onsen. I was so nervous with the naked part, but once there I totally relaxed. Don't skip it! You have 5 hot spring pools, with clear water and free ice cream once you leave. Read the instructions, take a shower, put on the pijamas they provide, take your basket and towels, and go enjoy the onsen. The hotel is in japandi style, with tatami floors everywhere, so you take off your shoes at the entrance and you use only your bare feet or socks in all the areas. Was so strange to go at breakfast in pijamas and socks :)), but I loved it. The room was big, clean, with space to put your things. I slept so well on the bed. They serve coffee, tea and matcha latte all day long, and that matcha was so tasty and creamy I miss it every day (it's been 3 months). And the breakfast had a lot of variety but was crowded. You can leave your luggage with them if you arrive early, as early check in is not possible.

LIBER HOTEL Osaka features air-conditioned rooms with satellite flat-screen TV in the Osaka Bay district of Osaka. The hotel is very good located, only one station away from Universal Studios Japan! Very clean, very good and comfortable beds and pillows! They were excellent! We slept so well! The shower is big and top modern! The staff is friendly!

The Thousand Kyoto features air-conditioned rooms with satellite flat-screen TV in the Shimogyo Ward district of Kyoto. Great staff, always nice and responding to every demands we had. Wide rooms, very clean and beautiful hotel. Definitely worth the price.

The location is perfect, the rooms are stylish and very comfortable (amazing pillows!!), and we really enjoyed the onsen :) There’s water dispensers and washing+drying machines which are very convenient. We also appreciated the fact that they kept our luggage before check-in and after check-out. All in all a great value for money. We didn’t have breakfast in the hotel because we found it too expensive (2200¥ per person) - maybe it would have been cheaper when booked together with the room? But we managed with the nearby shops such as Caffe Veloce, Hollys and Family mart.
