What can I say, we loved absolutely everything about this hotel, start with it’s literally 50 yards from Nagasaki Station and a large shopping mall so lots of food, the bedroom was amazing, the view from our window was awesome, the breakfast was the best in Japan so far, the staff were so nice we wanted to take them home with us and very importantly, it’s a very quiet hotel where you can simply relax. We will be back for sure!

SEKIYA RESORT Galleria Midobaru offers a buffet or Italian breakfast. Hotel is like a work of art, you can get lost in it. The experience from check in to check out was amazing staff is speaking English which is a huge plus if you have any questions. Room was huge with big balcony which had an amazing view of Beppu. I did book private onsen which was amazing experience. They did think of all the small details.

The ryokan is located in a geothermal area, with a number of hot springs nearby for guests to relax in. Ryokan Fukinoya is an exceptionally wonderful place to stay. The staff members were very gracious, the meals were amazing, and the accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. We loved our private onsen. We can't rave enough about Ryokan Fukinoya, definitely a highlight of our trip!

One of the front desk staff is a Chinese, who can speak both Chinese and Japanese. He was very helpful. He offered us his mobile contact to ensure we could safely get a taxi back to the hotel from the outlet nearby. Exceed our expectations. Thank you so much.
