It got very busy at one point, but we never had an issue getting our food. The shuttle to and from Toba Station was very convenient. We contacted the staff from a payphone at Toba Station. We were able to communicate our needs through our very limited knowledge of the Japanese language. The driver took our luggage and said they would store it till we checked in. This allowed us to continue on with our sightseeing plans without physically going to the hotel first. That really helped maximize our time in Toba! Wonderful Service!

We could also make daily reservation to use the outdoor onsen for private use. Mostly importantly, the dinner and breakfast served at the hotel is of the highest quality, cooked by their talented chef, with fresh local produce. We were seated in different private dining rooms each time for our meals in two days. The Chandelier Dining Room is absolutely beautiful! All staff are extremely enthusiastic and helpful!

Local souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop and guests can relax with a hot-stone massage. Luggage storage is offered at the front desk and local tours can be arranged for guests. Free parking is available. Guests can request relaxing massages for an extra cost and rent bicycles to tour the area. The service is excellent. Especially Mr Matsumoto Yuto who has been very helpful and his service to us not only in detail but also with passion. Matsumoto san had made extra effort to translate our daily Kaiseki menu in English and also patiently explained to us the food, as well as the sake. He was cheerful and fun as well. The staffs in the Club resort also provided attentive service with enthusiasm. We enjoyed our stay very much.
