Guests can relax in the sauna or in the private open-air bath. The hotel has English-speaking staff. The view was phenomenal. The food was perfection. It isn't a traditional ryokan stay, but it had a unique charm to it. Would recommend.

The staff are all nice, helpful, and cheerful. Facilities are all amazing and thoughtful. The entire villa/camping unit is spacious. We especially like their bed and pillows, not soft, making us sleep like a baby. We stayed for two nights. They also changed dinner menu, which was very thoughtful and very appreciated too!

The hot spring in the room is amazing.

Located within 42 km of Lake Kawaguchi and 43 km of Fuji-Q Highland, Super Hotel Fujinomiya features rooms in Fujinomiya. Featuring a spa and wellness centre, this 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The hotel offers a hot spring bath and luggage storage space. We were lucky to get rooms with a view of Mt. Fuji. Rooms were clean, but a bit small. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free breakfast was okay.

In-room massages can be arranged at an additional charge. The hotel is great, the breakfast is excellent, and there’s a view of Mount Fuji if there’s no fog or clouds. :) The onsen was amazing too; anyone traveling here should definitely try it. In early November, there was no snow on the top of Mount Fuji, something that hasn’t happened in 130 years. :)

This should be a higher rating hotel! The staff is amazing from the moment you arrival for the shuttle to the moment you leave. They have an exception buffet breakfast and dinner. Excellent Onsen. Amazing amenities. I highly recommend this hotel to others and would love to come back!
