The staff were very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the free bike hire (which were electric) to cycle around the lake.

Our room has a good view of Mt Fuji from the bed! Room was generally clean, just a bit of dust on the TV rack which is no big issue for us (wet wipes worked well). Front desk male staff was efficient in checking-in us in and giving us information about our stay. Coffee, tea and cold drinks are available from 3pm daily.
