Situated right next to Fuji-Q Highland Amusement Park, Highland Resort Hotel & Spa boasts Mount Fuji views, large hot spring baths and spa facilities. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was nothing short of perfect — I have never seen such a dedicated, caring, and helpful team anywhere else. Every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and their kindness truly stood out. I would especially like to thank Mr. R. Yamazaki for his exceptional dedication. We had mistakenly booked a double room instead of a twin, and he went out of his way to ensure we were given a room with two beds. His effort, patience, and professionalism made a huge difference for us, and we are sincerely grateful. On top of that, the dinner buffet was excellent — delicious food with a wide variety of choices. It was a real pleasure to enjoy such quality and variety. This level of service is rare, and I cannot recommend this hotel enough. If you are looking for a place where the staff truly care about your comfort and happiness, this is the place to stay!

The facilities of the accommodation were beyond expectations. The views were AMAZING every day with Mount Fuji directly in front of the "window" of the dome. The private onsen and sauna were one of the highlights of the stay with the management providing daily cleaning services if opted for. There was also replenishment of toiletries and drinks in the fridge, and daily breakfasts/dinners which were included in the stay.

Located a 10-minute walk away from Lake Kawaguchi, Fujikawaguchiko Crescendo welcomes guests with a complimentary drink. Kawaguchiko Train Station is located a 12-minute taxi ride from the property. The property is a complete package for travellers. It has onsen, jacuzzi, kotatsu, bar with a great host that plays amazing guitar, and drinks served in the bar homemade by the property owner.
