Onsen, was really nice as well, both men and women. Room was quite big for Japan. 6min walk from the train station! I will for sure recommend and return when possible. View from our room was also great and the sound isolation is very good.

Located in the Shibu hot-spring area, Onyado Hishiya Torazo features Japanese-style accommodations. The traditional atmosphere of the space was gorgeous and cozy. The host and staff were amazing, very helpful and kind. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to explore and the private onsen was to die for! The photos don't do this place justice. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful, cozy and peaceful. The bath and sauna was exceptional, as was the host Kazuo-san (and the rest of the staff)! We also really liked the bar attached to the hotel - Openbook Yama. It is a branch of a bar in Golden Gai - really cool addition to the property!

Located in Otari and with Tsugaike Kogen Ski Area reachable within 2.3 km, 椛 Momiji features ski-to-door access, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi throughout the property and a garden. We had a wonderful stay at Momiji - everything was perfect and lived up to the reviews! Staff were very helpful, friendly and the food was amazing. Would highly recommend and hope to be back!
