This hotel was beautiful and the views of the ocean and mountain landscape were spectacular. The staff was so kind and accommodating. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quick, and delicious and the drinks at the bar were well-made. I can not say enough nice things about this hotel. One of my favorite stays and Amila-san and Ryo-san were exceptional hosts.

The location was perfect. We had a corner room on the ninth floor and it was very quiet. We also enjoyed the buffet, and we're not big on breakfast usually. The staff were wonderful. Coming from the US, we didn't know what to expect. But it all worked out. You can take the bus from the airport to Shinchi, and it's an easy walk to this hotel. The tram is close too. We enjoyed Dejima museum a lot, and recommend walking there.

Renovated in April 2018, i + Land Nagasaki is 18.5 km or a 40-minute drive from Nagasaki Station. A hot spring bath, sauna, garden and kids area are available for guests. Fantastic view at the location. The room was big and the bed was comfortable. Japanese buffet was delicious and sumptuous.

Even by tram/street car the stop was not far away though. The hotel staff were absolutely amazing, especially Anna. We had a drink downstairs each night just so we could practice our Japanese and she practised English. Anna even brought in some Anime stickers and cards for our almost teenagers, and perhaps also one anime adult fan, haha. The rooms were nice and clean, had 4 beds so we could spread out and the facilities were great. First time we brought back food to eat in the room. Could also watch movies and had language options on the TV so made it very easy to use. Will stay here again.

This renovated hotel was a nice surprise, the rooms are big, with a balcony and stunning views. Very clean, excellent bedding, nice onsen baths and sauna with great views and amenities, and unlike onsen baths i have seen in some other places, these baths are recent and don’t have an outdated feel. There are vending machines selling ice cream for after the baths. Also super friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet with Western and Japanese choices and some fresh fruits (pineapple, orange). We didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely and clean. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area. It is conveniently located for day trips to Arita, Hirado, Unzen, Nagasaki if you want to explore the area and stay in one accommodation. The only reason we didn’t stay longer is because it was booked out.
