The private onsen across the street is incredible, I had it to myself every night, and there is an option for breakfast. The room was perfect for two of us, and Papa was so kind to drive us to and from the Myokokogen station and the mountains, and also on some errands which was so kind. It feels like you are stepping into a place that can’t be created, a piece of personality.

It was an amazing hotel close to Niigata station and there are buses just a few steps from Hotel Staff were amazing and kind Room was very big we stayed 7 days first time and then returned back to hotel after visiting Sado island but second time they gave us a tiny room and bathroom was dirty BUT they corrected it and gave us another room which was clean thank you

The hotel has a spa centre and a concierge service. The staff was VERY helpful in arranging transportation during a fully booked weekend on Sado Island. Goint the extra mile to follow up and get us a spot on an already fully booked bus back from the festival. Nice breakfast buffet, offering a mix of western and Japanese foods. And a bit better than normal expectations for a businessman hotel. Bed was up off the floor for us old folks.

The accommodation provides a ski pass sales point and ski-to-door access, as well as a bar and a spa and wellness centre. The accommodation offers a fitness centre, sauna, restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. Very lush, this was a really nice experience but of course, that comes with a cost. Everything was exceptional the room was stunning, facilities great, not to mention the skiing. Included breakfast had everything you could possibly want, catering to all tastes :-)

This place is heaven. Absolutely beautiful, amazing location, great people . I travelled together with my 3yrs old son and everything was just perfect. We planned to stay 3 nights but eventually stayed 7. The owner and the staff were amazing. They really made us feel like we are among friends and family. Thank you for that. I hope it was not our last time in Sado and this beautiful place.
