Setsu Niseko offers 5-star accommodation with a sauna, hot tub and hot spring bath. Ski equipment hire, bike hire and car hire are available at the accommodation and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. Everything was great. Staffs were helpful and very kind. Breakfast was great selection of foods. Ones was good both public and private. Toyota Rent-Car was just across from the hotel. Bus stop was just few minutes away from the hotel if you need to go Kutchan.

Surrounded by lush nature, luxury Japanese-style hotel Niseko Kombu Onsen Tsuruga Mokunosho features a hot spring bath and rooms with mountain views and free Wi-Fi, some with a private open-air bath. It’s a 10-minute drive from Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort. I loved the food, the set menu was superb, super high quality food— truly like japanese fine dining for every meal. The food was just great, i cannot emphasise this enough. I also loved how friendly the staff was, they were so polite and accomodating—really beyond customer service. The onsen was also the best Ive ever been to (as someone who visits Japan yearly in the winter). Great vibe overall, the mood of the lounge was nice and relaxing.

Speaking Mandarin, English, Spanish and Indonesian at the 24-hour front desk, staff are willing to help at any time of the day. Location is pretty unbeatable in Niseko area. Getting the private onsen experience was also fantastic with views of the slopes from the onsen, and mount Yotei from our rooms.

With garden views, this accommodation offers a balcony. Guests can use the spa and wellness centre with a sauna, hot tub, and public bath, as well as a garden. We had an amazing holiday here. The place is very convenient. The spa room helps skiers to get relaxed . Also the Japanese style interior design is very impressive. And the barbecue made by the landlord is a must try. I will definitely recommend here.

At Niseko Resort Inn Hotel, guests can reserve a private bath to unwind in, relax in a massage chair or use the laundry facilities for free. A tour desk, ski pass vendor and ski storage can also be found on site. Guest can also take part in the hotel's ski school. We felt taken cared of specially by Sakee who accommodated many of our requests, including places to eat, where to get our ski equipment and other places to visit. We loved that they have their own private bath (onsen) which we took advantage off after a long day outside. We left at around 6 am to catch our flight and Sakee was there to bid us goodbye!

The thing we appreciated most was the hospitality -- the staff were very attentive and helpful, from the front desk, room service and in-house dining. Our room had a beautiful view, the beds and beddings were great. We actually had the best sleep here.
