The music performers were excellent, and the bar staff were just as great. The hotel's location in American Village was incredibly convenient, especially with a Lawson right next door for any quick needs.

Free lounge was great too. We also really really enjoyed the brunch and the restaurant. I have tattoos and was a bit anxious to use the pool area but it was perfectly fine. There were no issues at all.

Convenient shop, market and restaurants were within walking distance. Having private parking spaces are extra nice. Laundry facility on the 2nd and 3rd floor are great! The kitchen was very well equipped and clean.

The hotel is beautiful and elegant, with the most polite and helpful staff we've met in Japan. The room was spacious, airy, and nicely decorated. We loved the traditional Japanese-style bathroom with a large soaking tub — perfect for relaxing. The hotel has two big pools: one outdoor and one indoor (the indoor one requires an extra fee). The restaurants on-site were excellent. The beach is a real highlight, with a netted safe-swimming area — important in this region due to stonefish and other venomous sea life. The water is crystal clear, and the sand is soft and fine. The hotel provides towels, chairs, and umbrellas for guests. There's a large, convenient parking area close to the entrance. A laundry room with washing machines is available for just 100 yen. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend it to families and anyone seeking a relaxing and comfortable stay in Japan.

The accommodation will provide you with a TV and air conditioning. Complete with a refrigerator, the dining area also has an electric kettle. Featuring a shower, private bathroom also comes with a bath and a hairdryer. Extras include a desk, a safety deposit box and bed linen. All rooms are non-smoking. Loved, loved, loved this small resort. In a peaceful residential area, the resort is tucked away from the main road and your accommodation is located in the middle of a little garden paradise. The rooms were very spacious with a little balcony to the rear with a table and chairs. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Always there to assist and answer any questions I had. Am very grateful to staff who helped me to arrange several days trips, organising taxis and/or explaining the bus routes and connections. Sometimes using a mini translator to ensure that I understood everything correctly. I stayed 5 nights and due to that received Club Coco membership, which included breakfast and lunch. The resort also hosts free special events on a daily basis during the day and also some evenings. I managed to a enjoy a cocktail evening, Dim sum dinner and a cooking class. Breakfast was fantastic, such a large variety of both western and Japanese food to choose from, freshly cooked and topped up on a regular basis. At no time was anything empty. There is a free shuttle to Renaissance hotel in Onna which runs frequently throughout the day. From the resort you are under 15 mins walk away from San-A shopping centre and a 7-11 konbini. I rented the electric bike that the resort offers to guest for free and managed to explore the Okinawa caves (approx 10mins ride). Yes, you can get around by public bus but you need to plan it and plan it well. I often co-ordinated and combined hotel shuttle transfers with public buses and airport/resort liner coaches , which also shortened the journey time on trips to for example Churaumi aquarium and Shurijo castle. However, I would definitely hire a car next time. I wanted to see more of the island and felt limited relying on the buses/coaches etc. Staff at the resort really went out of their way to help and ensure that I had a wonderful time.
