We really loved the stylish vibe of the hotel, with its dark color decor it felt modern and interesting. The lobby area was a treat with a great panoramic view over Osaka, which we couldn’t get enough of. Being in the Umeda district was a big plus, with lots to see and do around. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to other places we’ve stayed in Japan. And the view from our room was a cherry on top, looking right over the bustling Osaka Station. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to Conrad Osaka on our next visit.

Contemporary, comfortable rooms boast magnificent city views. It is located directly above Honmachi Subway Station's Exit 7. Amazing room, amazing view, amazing bed, amazing bathroom… shower was also outstanding with some horizontal showers too! Would certainly come back. Staff is super friendly and the hotel is gorgeous. Breakfast was also amazing and the hotel restaurants were also good.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the quiet atmosphere made for a great night's sleep. The hotel’s location was excellent — close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, yet peaceful enough to feel like a retreat from the city’s bustle. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches like complimentary water and coffee. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options. The service throughout our stay was consistently attentive without being intrusive. A standout feature was the excellent Chinese restaurant on-site — the food was authentic, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return on our next visit. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and excellent service.
