The rooms were spacious for myself and my adult son and young daughter. I loved that they provided pajamas - the staff were super friendly (although one of the staff members seemed to be irritated with me when I was trying to speak to him, but he later did apologize - the language barrier was perhaps frustrating for me to relay to him my proper concern and this must have frustrated him as he took my questioning as impatience on my part - he told me to "Just Wait!" in a very annoyed tone with me - I'm okay though as I realize I am not used to their ways and perhaps it is considered very rude to try to speak up when I think they are not hearing me properly. In any case, overall, the other staff members were perfect and extremely helpful to me. I would definitely stay here again!

All helped me with my lack of Japanese language skills. The rooms appear basic but they are stylish in an understated way but are very well thought out and comfortable. The restaurant was truly excellent with creative food with local and global influences. I think that the food was amongst the best I have had on this 10 day trip. The spa area was stylish and modern. Very nice. I will visit again.
