I booked this hotel for my brother's birthday and the staff made this honestly a stay to remember. We used the bikes and went on a bike ride and we had an onsen in our room which was great as my brother has tattoos. The view from our room was beautiful! On the night of our meal our waitress asked to take a picture of us which she then had printed and framed and put on our table for breakfast which was such a lovely memorable touch!

Drinks vending machines and luggage storage services are also available on site. We had an amazing time at Crescendo! Yoshi was a great host, welcomed us warmly, helped us with information about the area and what activities we can do, offered us a wonderful private guitar concert and made us feel like at home. 10/10 for the breakfast and the perfect atmosphere at the inn. The location is also great, only 10 minutes walking from the lake and views of Mount Fuji.

We had the room with the private onsen, very nice, and view on the garden. Delicious breakfast and dinner, thoughtfully presented and curated to the smallest details. Very nice public onsen with indoor and outdoor pools. Great staff, very helpful and kind. It was an extremely pleasant stay, I wish we had spent more nights there. I would absolutely recommend it!
