I had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and highly professional. They spoke perfect English, which made communication seamless. The hotel has a onsen. The famous Chureito Pagoda is just a short walk away, making it very easy to visit. The shuttle bus takes only 6 minutes to reach the Kawaguchiko station.The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of options to satisfy every taste. The sushi, in particular, was outstanding. While not every guest may be lucky enough to get a perfect view of Mount Fuji, it’s still a beautiful place, and the overall experience was fantastic. The view of the lake from the hotel was just stunning, such a peaceful, picturesque setting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service and easy access to local attractions!

Guests can also make use of the launderette on site. We had the ryokan style room (Japanese style room) and it was amazing. Spacious, you have the view of the lake as well as Mt. Fuji. Their breakfast is also amazing, I would recommend for you to try it at least even once as it was really good. Onsen is gender segregated, but both have the view of Mt. Fuji, while the lounge where you can stay afterwards has the view of the lake. Although what I can say is that, what made our stay the most memorable is the staff. Everyone was so attentive and caring, it’s like being with your family, that’s how they made us feel.
