The property has great amenities, including a nice sauna (both dry and wet) and two jacuzzis—one hot and one cold. There’s also a small but well-equipped gym. On the rooftop, there’s a lovely pool area with sunbeds and showers, which was a fantastic spot to relax and enjoy the view. Overall, a very enjoyable stay!

Vegetarian, dairy-free and vegan options can also be requested. We had an amazing time, the location is very convinient, as it only takes 5 minutes to get to the town centre on a tuk tuk. The staff are absolutely amazing, super kind and attentive to our needs. The all work very hard to accommodate guest's needs. Tasty breakfast, very good breakfast coffee, super confortable beds. The swimming pool was very nice and clean too.

Most friendly and attentive staff you can imagine. We’re so ready to help and sort out anything for you. The welcome drink and scarf as you were leaving were beautiful touches. The room was also great, really spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. Pool area was beautiful with the plants surrounding it and the restaurant was also very nice. Location is slightly out of the city but they organise a tuk tuk service in the evenings

Guests enjoy free WiFi, a restaurant, bar, and private check-in and check-out services. Sophisticated place, the room was huge and comfy, the personnel exceptionally warm, welcoming and professional. Location was good. Worth to check the pool at the rooftop.

A vegetarian option can also be requested. Spacious and clean room, Amazing staff, great location and value for money. Location is just walking distance to the night market, pubstreet and lot of street food options and yet is not noisy road. Breakfast is set menu and is tasty. They give breadbasket and freshly brewed coffee making it a nice start in the morning. I hired all my tour travel arrangements with the hotel and they have reasonably priced. As a bonus they offered me free drop to airport which is a nice gesture. They accept card payments which is a huge convenience. There is pool and whole hotel area kept clean. Wifi is good and had adequate speed. Photos on booking matched the reality. Bathroom spacious with hot water and right water pressure. Had a very pleasant stay and exceeded my expectations.

Dairy-free, halal and kosher options can also be requested. What really sets this hotel apart from the rest is the service. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and this is the best service I’ve ever received hands down. Every single member of staff at this place is fantastic and they really can’t do enough for you. Every time you leave and enter the hotel grounds you’re greeted and asked if you need anything. When waking up at 4:30am for our Angkor Wat trip they packed us a breakfast which was very kind. The pool area is beautiful and breakfast is pretty good (better when not operating as a buffet). The rooms were spacious and very clean. The AC was okay (very effective in the evening but seemed to get turned down a bit overnight). Overall I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation and would return in a heartbeat if we come back to Siem Reap, which we may well do, as we really enjoyed the city generally.

Breakfast was good to but when we ordered an early dinner for our daughter, it wasn't the best food considering the price. The restaurant does have a little kids play area though which is great.
