The location of the hotel was surrounded by a supermarket, pharmacy, and a variety of places you could go to for lunch or dinner. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Special mention of Shermaine Paul at the receptionist desk and the other staff. Additionally, Eboni the room attendant and others. I enjoyed the spare ribs meal and the smoothies prepared by the staff. The gym attendant was also very friendly and helpful.

My room was turned down by Jessica Rose, she was very helping in giving me information about the Islands of St. Kitts and Nevis and about how to get to the neighboring Islands. I definitely want to return for a longer period of time so that I can island hop. The rest of the staff were very courteous and very helpful everything. The welcome drinks were amazing and also the views from my balcony. Highly recommended.
