Speaking English, Spanish, French and Lao, staff are always on hand to help at the reception. Stunning property throughout and suite overlooking the river. Excellent food at the restaurant and the grounds of the resort were outstanding. Had a fantastic yoga session overlooking the river and a perfect traditional massage at the spa. Every detail of the hospitality was thoughtfully considered. The manager, Carl, went out of his way to provide guidance for our stay there and tips for our next stop in Cambodia. He is a real gem! Only regret was that we could not stay longer!

He should be cloned and sent throughout the hotel industry. Excellent breakfast, restaurant, and restaurant staff. Grounds are GORGEOUS, a photographer's delight. Rooms extra large are clean and comfortable. Loved the pool. Quiet, great rest.

The Nam Dong park is just a 15-20 minute walk away and had lots of activities and really good food, and there are lots of walks to be done from the lodge. We wish we could have stayed a couple more days!
