Great location directly on the Mekong (rare!), but with easy access to town using the on-call shuttle service. The room was very spacious, with very high ceilings and nice balcony. Grounds were very relaxing indeed - loved watching the sunset that other tourists must travel in a boat to see! Breakfast also exceeded our expectations, with plenty of cooked Asian dishes as well as Western staples. Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely a 'relaxful' experience!

Had a fantastic yoga session overlooking the river and a perfect traditional massage at the spa. Every detail of the hospitality was thoughtfully considered. The manager, Carl, went out of his way to provide guidance for our stay there and tips for our next stop in Cambodia. He is a real gem! Only regret was that we could not stay longer!

The hotel is very centrally located yet serene inside and the room was well laid out with a nice balcony view to the hills. The staff were very friendly and kind - particular thanks to James (x2), Amber, Mone and Yang who were all very helpful making sure our stay was comfortable. They organised trips for us to the caves and waterfall as well as providing a complimentary buggy service to restaurants. The Mekong Sunset Cruise led by Asri was an absolute highlight and a must do. Last but not least, the breakfast quality and service was outstanding.

The rooms are very comfortable with modern luxuries and touches of authentic local culture. The staff and owner of the hotel are all warm and kind and are the shining star, while the perfect location and delicious food are also exceptional. The breakfast overlooking the Mekong was rhetorical perfect start to any day. Be sure to take the complimentary sunset boat ride. Also, the hotel arranged a private boat and car to the Kuang Si Waterfalls leaving from the hotel dock. Highly recommend this experience.
