The breakfast had a good variety of food, and everything was fresh and tasty. I especially liked the hot coffee and fresh fruits. The location was perfect because it was close to many shops, restaurants, and public transport. It was easy to explore the city from there.

Incredible service delivered by the hotel’s staff - big shoutout to Mr. Harsha for his proactive help arranging my transport and spa treatments. The scenery around the hotel is truly magical, a wonderful place to reconnect with nature. I really enjoyed my meals at the hotel’s restaurant. Although many previous reviews have mentioned the location being a bit further away from Kandy, this actually enhances the experience. The distance allows for daily trips to Kandy while offering a serene retreat that enriches the entire experience with a spiritual touch.

We had a very pleasant stay at Simpson’s. As usual in Sri Lanka the kindness of the staff is beyond anything. We had a great room with views of the mountains. The infinity pool is breathtaking. We also did one of the hikes that they offered in the morning and learned about the estate. The food does not look like the one advertised but it’s still good. This hotel has by far the fastest WiFi in all of the island. It’s great value for the price!
