They even prepared and gave us packed vegan breakfast at 5.30 a.m., just before we started off for our safari trip. The host upgraded our room to a bigger unit (since our booked room was undergoing renovation). The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was especially clean and spotless. It even had a full bathtub. We enjoyed the resort. Wished we could have stayed longer in the resort. This was the best resort we stayed in our Sri Lanka trip. Thank you for hosting us.

I had a lovely stay at Green Paradise Cottage, the garden was so beautiful with interesting plants, and the family were really friendly. They gave me traditional Sri Lankan breakfast and also I asked for dinner in the evening which was so welcome having arrived at 7 and travelling by bus to get there. One of the family also ran safaris, so organised it through them really easily and I had an amazing time seeing a whole family of elephants by the lake-very lucky!

The owners are super friendly. My room was large with a good bed and good AC. The restaurant out by the street looks unassuming, but DO eat there...these guys cook beautifully. I had a rice/curry lunch that was just lovely.
