I can't say enough great things about this homestay! They arranged our transfer from Ella and arranged a morning and afternoon safari for us. We were greeted with a delicious cold coconut water, in the coconut. We chose the breakfast and dinner option which makes so much sense because the town is a bit of a walk and after a safari all day (4:30 am to 6:30 pm) it is great to have dinner at the homestay. Both dinners we had were excellent, I think the best food we've had in Sri Lanka! They also pack a breakfast to go on your safari day because of leaving so early. When you wake up they have coffee and bananas for you before leaving. Our room was a great size, ac and hot water worked well. The owners are very kind, friendly and even drove us to the bus stop, stayed with us and made sure we got on the right bus. I highly recommend Tissa Rainbow for your stay while exploring Yala National Park, you won't regret it!

Offering a restaurant and free bikes, MOON LIGHT Guest House is located just 1.1 km from the Tissamaharama Bus Station and 3.2 km from the beautiful Tissa Lake. Location was good. The lunch provided post safari was excellent.

First of all we loved the location as it was near the ocean and also between 2 national parks so it was surrounded by nature. We absolutely loved Sheehan’s company and his amazing cooking and generosity. It was a pleasure to chat with him and explore his local area together too. The accommodation was clean and comfortable and very spacious.

The room was nice, the bed was very good, the owner did everything himself, he was a very nice host, very kind and gives you a nice welcome drink, it was clean.

Set in Yala, 42 km from Situlpawwa, Flameback Eco Lodge features concierge services and free WiFi. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They were on hand to provide suggestions on local tours without being pushy. They also went out of their way to make us egg hoppers one day which we were really grateful for. The villa is new and really well furnished with super comfy beds and pillows.
