Accomodation and exceptional service received by the staff, they went above and beyond to meet my need, Specifically regarding my request to have my breakfast brought to my room due to my injured hand.

We were warmly welcomed by Dar Bensouda staff, even though I came at a ridiculous hour of 5am. The hotel is built inside a 16th century buidling — the ceilings and the decor are amazing, and the room stays cool during the day even without an AC. And it was nice to chill by the pool after the heat of the streets outside.

A lovely lady who pours her heart out into her business and accommodates the guests. 10 stars! The place is very special and the history of it. I will forever treasure this experience and interaction with the owner. She is extremely talented and very sweet! The business is very new therefore I with the owner prosperity and success! What a beautiful Riad & it's extremely well located for restaurants, small.shops & the sites. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful, especially Hayat on reception who went out of her way to make our stay brilliant. I must also give a special mention to her colleague (whose name I didn't get) who cooked a beautiful breakfast each morning. I highly recommend staying at this Riad. It was very quiet & peaceful despite the other guest rooms being close to ours

I loved this place from the moment I booked. I was here for one night only but It was a very good experience. This Riad has many special touches. The staff at the Riad are outstanding. The communication before our stay with Hanae was excellent with details of airport pick up and how to get to the riad . We were guided the whole way. Then we were given details on how to navigate the city and tips of what not to do. The riad is centrally located. The rooms are lovely very private.We had our breakfast on the rooftop.
