An excellent hotel in every aspect. The staff are extremely helpful and kind, the place is spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. Its location is outstanding—right in the heart of the market and the old city, so you won’t need transportation to explore the area. A complete and authentic Moroccan experience delivered with the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Access can be a bit difficult due to the narrow alleys and the crowds in the market, especially if you have large suitcases. Still, this is a minor issue compared to all the other advantages. The breakfast was truly exceptional. Even though I arrived late, well past the official breakfast time, the hosts generously served us a full breakfast without hesitation.

Riad Amir had exceptional service from the minute you walk into the door. The Riad is located near the main road and is only a five minute walk to the blue gate. The staff are warm and welcoming and even packed a take away breakfast the day I was leaving early to the Sahara Desert. The room and washroom were immaculately clean and the bed was extremely comfortable to sleep on. The Riad also offers great tour deals and will ensure all the details are taken care of so you’re able to just enjoy the experience. Would definitely stay here again next time visiting Fez. They are happy to help with anything. Riad also very clean and quiet. Breakfast was fabulous. It’s about 15min ti the blue gate . Thanks for making our stay memorable.

The riad has been freshly renovated and is simply beautiful. The garden is stunning, and every detail was perfect. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which was plentiful and delicious, and the food overall was excellent.

What a beautiful Riad & it's extremely well located for restaurants, small.shops & the sites. The staff were extremely friendly & helpful, especially Hayat on reception who went out of her way to make our stay brilliant. I must also give a special mention to her colleague (whose name I didn't get) who cooked a beautiful breakfast each morning. I highly recommend staying at this Riad. It was very quiet & peaceful despite the other guest rooms being close to ours

Breathtaking views over Fes from the rooftop. Impeccably clean. The riad is a hidden gem. I am looking forward to return !

The staff was super attentive and caring. It’s a family business and they all make sure you want to return again. If you need anything just ask and they will definitely help you. We had dinner and breakfast and definitely recommend the chicken with lemon and olives
