Really clean, confortable and cold room. You can really rest there after busy Medina. Shower was amazing! Staff had welcome drink of mint tea and local sweets, it was really nice of them.

The fruit was exceptionally fresh including the daily juices and the coffee was to die for. The food itself was prepared with great excellency and served in a beautiful manner. Excellent excellent value for money. The hotel is situated in the midst of the city with lots of bars, cafes, fast food places, restaurants and shisha bars within walking-distance. Food is inexpensive and absolutely delicious. Staff were super friendly at the hotel and made us feel so welcomed. The beds are so comfortable and the showers were to die for. The hotel also has a hammam spa on premises which was an exceptional experience! We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel!

The riad was absolutely beautiful calm, authentic, and full of charm. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, always making sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the view from the pool was the perfect spot to relax. The location was also great, close to the medina but still peaceful and quiet.

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed our time :) also paid for the hammam and massage -- so refreshing!

The property is located down a quiet street and has a beautiful terrace to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The property / room were clean and tidy and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night, however, would have been more than happy to stay longer. The breakfast was delicious and we were able to store our bags and relax whilst waiting for our taxi to the airport. Great location. Highly recommend!

Set in Marrakech, 400 metres from Marrakech Plaza, 2Ciels Boutique Hôtel boasts air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi throughout the property. Hotel is new and big. We stayed in two quite exoensive riads before this and honestly this was much better for almost the same price. There is water always, and hot one, it is clean, beds are good, you can eat without a fear of geeting sick, location is in the safest neighbourhood and cloae to the city, people are nice, there is a nice rooftop bar, wifi is weak for working but was ok for whatsapp and youtube. Air doesnt smell bad in the rooms like in medina and also there is better isolation then in Riads. As I said for Marocco this is a geat hotel. Everyone speaks English and French.
