We rented some of their equipment, brought some of our own, and also used their storage facilities. The school offers beginner courses and always prioritize safety. For instance, they chose to cancel our lessons on a day when the wind was too strong for our level. On our last day, they even helped us clean and dry our kites to prepare them for the journey home. Staff:From the reception team to the restaurant staff, the pool bar crew, the cleaning lady, everyone consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. Their recommendations for activities outside the hotel (Le Ranch des Dunes is a must-see), truly made a difference. I especially want to mention Mahfoud and Zineb, who were extremely helpful even after we left. When one of our luggage pieces didn’t arrive home with us, we reached out to the hotel staff for assistance since we couldn’t get in touch with anyone at Dakhla Airport. Restaurant:Finally, the food definitely deserves a mention. We opted for the full board option, which included à la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the quality and flavor of the meals were exceptional. The calm and soothing music in the restaurant area enhanced the serene atmosphere We’ll definitely return soon and will always cherish the wonderful memories of this holliday!
