Located on the famous Boulevard La Croisette in Cannes, Hôtel Martinez - in the Unbound Collection by Hyatt is a 5-star hotel featuring a private beach, which is accessible for an extra charge. amazing location, we came by train from Nice and had 15 min walk from the train station to our hotel. The beach is sandy and nice and has a lot of restaurant options. Cannes old town is very close and the hotel has an amazing garden and heated outside swimming poll and nice gym that I enjoyed even on a rainy day. Our room faced the garden and the Cannes hills and the view was so nice and was very quiet. The Reception staff was amazing and friendly and the Concierge was so nice and they helped us to rent a cute car that was delivered to us right at the hotel at the requested hour.

The hotel is brand new, everything smells new and fresh. Rooms are very clean. i love the bed and pillows. Very comfy. Bathrooms spacious and luxurious. I like the Toto WC. The rooms are very spacious. The terrace on the 6th floor has amazing views of the beach and the town. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and high end fashion boutiques are open in the ground floor of the hotel. My only regret I did not have enough time to try the spa facilities but will surely visit again the hotel and try the spa.

The location of the house was very convenient, not far from the airport and touristic places. The room has been renovated and furnisthed recently, it was done nicely and it was very clean. Laura was always available and she gave us really good tips about places to see which made our trip very efficient and unforgettable.
