The guy at the reception, who was at work on 10/07/2024, (I'm sorry I didn't remember his name) helped us a lot to make the situation easier. We are very grateful to him. And the hotel is wonderful. The location is in a prime location, close to the beach and restaurants. The bed was super comfortable, our view was good. The breakfast was up to par, the pool too. We happily extended our stay at the hotel :)
