I would love the facility to update their photos online cuz the photos online does not do justice to the facility. breakfast was excellent.

Tedora, Nada, Alex,and Petar made my stay special. I will never forget. They all went above and beyond for me. I extended my stay by one extra night because of how great I was treated. The staff at the restaurant were also lovely. Everyone was just nice. This was my last stop on my Montenegro tour and I stayed at 3 five stars hotels and this was the best 5 star experience. The location is perfect and a short walking distance to everything: restaurants, shopping, beach annd Marina. Let’s not forget the rooms are sparkling clean, big, modern and comfortable. I am looking forward to my return and can’t wait to stay here again.

Such an incredible hotel with the unique design that I adored. But what truly sets it apart is the outstanding service. It was honestly better than what I’ve experienced at many 5-star hotels. A huge thank you to Ancica, Djurko, Dragan, Sandra, and Anna for making my stay so memorable. Your warmth and professionalism made all the difference!

One&Only Portonovi ligger i Herceg Novi, 7 minutters gang fra Đenovići Strand, og har gratis cykler, en have og et privat strandområde samt gratis privat parkering. I loved the hotel. Staff were extremely careful of my needs and ready for me whenever I need help. Golf cart can take you to anywhere close by. The private beach and pools are luxurious, so as the Turkish SPA which was superb.

The staff is super friendly, from the beginning, I got transfer to another hotel of the collection in Kamenari, i was a bit worried as its far feom kotor, but the staff is super good assisting with everything and the goal was to have a nice view and surely I had it. Manja was super kind and the massages are wow... Marina's hands are like gold... I could have one every day... nikolina during the breakfast was super kind... the restaurant Bocasa thats part of them was delicious

The apartment is spacious, the bed is very comfy and big. The view is nice, close to so many beaches. Stefan, the host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The spa facilities are nice.

Everything was perfect – the service was outstanding, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness was impeccable. From start to finish, every detail exceeded my expectations.
