The hotel had a private area on the beach, and right behind it an indoor pool with sauna and steam room. The hotel’s private marina also was super handy for taking a boat trip.

I think this place has a better view than anything in Kotor. The lady at the front desk was amazing! She helped us book a boat tour that picked us up on a pier 30 seconds from hotel (across the street) She booked a taxi from the hotel to Kotor (only 8 Euro) and recommended a few restaurants which were delicious. The room was massive with large glass sliding doors for a beautiful view. Large bathroom and shower had amazing waterfall shower head with handheld shower head as well. The walk from Kotor is not 30 minutes as some others have said, unless they are speed walkers. I'm a very slow walker and I had sandals on that day. It took us an hour and a half with a few stops for photos and cappuccino along the way. The path back is on a well lit one way road. I would come back to this hotel over any in Kotor.

Very excellent service, spacious rooms and beautiful property with an amazing view of the bay. We got upgraded to have a sea view (during off-season) and there was a lovely fruit platter in the room when we checked in. They have an outdoor infinity pool by the water, which we didn’t use as it’s still too cold but we loved the indoor heated pool and sauna. 100% recommend staying at this hotel!

The villa was so nice, like in a movie. The bonus was the friendly and nice Sonja which welcomes you like you are a part of the family. The freshly baked cup cakes in the morning, the good advices she gave us what to do and see in Kotor and its surroundings, the nice talks in the eveninings we had I will remember for a very, very long time. After all it's not only the great view, the location of the villa and the nice and clean rooms and swimming pool but the people inside it (also Vidak with his charming, big smile) who make your stay unforgettable. Thank you once again! We know where to stay again next time in Kotor. :) I am already missing it so much.

The staff was very helpful, the breakfast was wonderful, there was a beautiful garden and pool area. A very nice experience overall!

Looked after us very well when we had a slight problem with our room type. The views if the bay are stunning, lovely sunbeds and swimming. Very good breakfast with lots of options. Dinner meals good also including the fish soup. Our room ended up having large terrace with views, definitely book a view room. Rooms modern, clean, beds good too. Perast and old town only a short drive. We enjoyed our 4 nights.
