We really liked the enviroment and the rooms were pretty, clean and comfortable,the toilets were ultra clean we had warm water anytime, the service was good they even set up a dinner date at the bar for us two , the staff were available every time we needed them. The spa was very good we used it every day it was very nice and very relaxing if you like relaxing place to escape to this is a very good option we liked it so much And we will definitely be visiting soon again...

We rocked up, off season, with 25 people. The staff were amazing in accommodating our group, the kids had the best time in the pool, and we all slept soundly. Highly recommend!

A very good place to stay in Mavrovo outside the main season. You feel like a guest, not just a customer. The owner and staff are always in touch and do their best to make your stay enjoyable. Booking.com mistakenly showed the spa as included, but the owner still let us use the sauna free of charge. We also got two bicycles at no cost to explore the area. Breakfasts are à la carte and tasty. The restaurant has a well-thought-out menu with traditional dishes prepared with care and with a creative twist. The rooms are new, very clean, and the windows open directly to the slopes. It would be interesting to come here in the season as well.
