The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive—remembering our preferences and always making us feel welcome. The overwater villa was stunning, with beautiful views, and the entire property was just breathtaking. The food and drinks were top quality, and we also did two excursions with the Dive Center, which were a real highlight. The team there was fantastic—professional, friendly, and made the experience even more memorable. This resort really impressed us, and we can’t wait to come back again soon. Food and alcohol is great in all inclusive package. 10 minutes to walk around the island in bare feet. Diving was average and expensive but no need as the snorkeling around the house reef is excellent! The staff are wonderful. It’s not fancy, but the relaxed atmosphere is perfect 🤩

I’m not sure where to start…this is probably the best accommodation I have stayed at on holiday! The hospitality of the people at Sealavie and around has been 1000/100. They would go out of their way to ensure you have an enjoyable experience. If you require help with transfers, excursions, food, drink! The rooms were so clean, we had clean towels everyday. They provide you with packed breakfast and lunch for your excursions. I truly felt like I was at home. I would like to give special mention to Fazeel, Darleen and Sheena. The food for the full board was absolutely stunning, so delicious and the food was always different! The accommodation is situated where it’s easily accessible to the beautiful beach, the shops and restaurants. There’s a really good WiFi connection too! We were not even using this much because the island itself is so stunning. The staff also helped me set up a beautiful sunset birthday dinner for my partner on his birthday. The efforts they went through has broke my scale of rating! It was that great!!😂♥️

The snorkeling was good (housereef only meters away from the beach). The island is very well kept and the food is excellent. A very nice experience

Continental and buffet breakfast options are available each morning at Veligandu Maldives Resort Island. It's second time we visit Veligandu and first time after renovation. Everything was great. The house reef is wondreful with many turtles, rays, lots of fishes. Dive center is great providing many options even for the beginners. We took dolphin cruise and it was great experience, Food at Dhonveli restaurant (buffet) is various and delicious with some special theme every evening. The whole island is calm and great for leisure. Surely will return here again!

In addition, the resort offers a menu of bespoke romantic experiences and excursions which may be arranged upon request. The property has Chinese speaking staff. This was our second stay. And we had high hopes since our first stay was excellent - they didn't disappoint at all. The staff was friendly and competent again. The cleaning of the room was superb. The food was excellent - although since this time the resort was nearly full booked we hoped to get a bit more variety on the buffet, but this was no issue for us. They even renovated or fixed the AC - it is much quieter now and very efficient. The lagoon is amazing and great for snorkeling, swimming or just enjoying the water.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Cottage, the room was nice with a fun open air shower, the owner and staff were beyond kind and helped make it a great experience for my 80 year old Mother who travelled with me.
