It is clean and has the perfect place to go on a vacation. Peaceful and the staff are all friendly and accomodating from the very start to finish. From the arrival and departure (reception to Cowrie Restaurant and the housekeeping) They always greet us wnd complimented us all the time. Shoutout to the staff who accommodate and made our trip more memorable. especially to these sir and ma'am: santoshi julieta jennifer mj aryani jegan and to the staff who served and welcomed us everytime in the Cowrie Restaurant.

Hotel staff are very very welcoming and helping with everything needed. Massage is good. Chief in restaurants cooking great when you ask him individual preferences.

Our house master Yousra was an angel, she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed even before we ask for it! Great food. This one of the best hotel I have been in my life. You start relaxing very quickly - even despite long flight and head full of thoughts brought from home. Our butler Yana did an excellent job in making sure our stay is perfect. Her sand drawings were very heartwarming. Kids club is great. I would personally add more sport activities to kids club. Especially for kids 8+. All restaurants were great, we personally liked Lagoon bar, Onu and Vakku. Italian place could be better, but it’s a common issue with Italian food in Asia. Children menu was fantastic. Breakfast was also exceptional, they even try to cook syrniki, but no successful so far. We hope this will be fixed next time we visit! :) Island itself is very green and well maintained. Snorkeling experience was above expectations.
