Mr. Gerardo was able to meet us at 5 am to check us in as we were driving and took longer than expected to get there. He made sure we were comfortable and let us rest after we got there. He was so nice to my son who even cried once it was time to leave as he got super attached to him. We stayed there 3 nights and Mr. Gerardo made sure we had an amazing time there. We plan on coming back soon with the rest of my family, I know we will have an amazing experience once again.

The beautifully manicured landscape was a feast for the eyes! And let’s not forget our wonderful host, Mr. Angel, who is always dedicated to enhancing the property. I can’t wait to return in the fall to the breathtaking “Hummingbird Acapulco”! It's going to be amazing!

Surrounded by tropical gardens, this luxury 5-star resort boasts 1,000-feet of private beach along Zihuatanejo Bay. It features an oceanfront infinity pool, gourmet dining and spacious rooms with a private balcony. We loved our room, the swim up suite, and the view from the balcony. The breakfast and the service everywhere was wonderful.

Free WiFi is available in the public areas of the hotel. The facilities, the views and the location are excellent. There is a beautiful a boardwalk that takes you the centre, we walked back at midnight and felt super safe and close to the hotel. They were always accomodating to my requests and super friendly. Great breakfast too!
