The exceptional service from the staff truly stood out; they were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I also appreciated the top-notch amenities, including the lovely infinity rooftop pool and the delicious on-site restaurant that showcased Mediterranean flavors.

The staff was really kind and super good organised, they had a pool to relax watching the see and another pool with an entertainment for the whole day with an exceptional team. The food in all the restaurants was extraordinary and each one with a signature drink that was really a good combination to the style and plates of the place. We can’t wait to come again!

Our tree house was just perfection. We enjoyed this place very much. Definitely a highlight during our three weeks Mexico trip

The mecca of home away stays from home, very comfortable, amazing staff, and the coolest monkeys, fantastic food options. We loved it and we are planning to come back! This was the first time we visited Xcaret and it was such an amazing experience we can't wait to experience more of it!! I loved staying in the apartments, they are totally perfect! The place is exactly as it is shown in the pictures, very clean, beautifully decorated, kitchen has everything you ever need, even the wine glasses. Everything is new and modern. My husband loved the huge screen. The pools on the roof are lovely and the water is just the perfect temperature. The place is close to the fancy supermarket, the seaside and the streets with nice restaurants but far enough from the noisy bars to sleep well at nights. I highly recommend this place!
