Exceedingly responsive hosts who were attentive to our needs but not intrusive. Highly recommend for a stay in Kota Kinabalu.

The staff is amazing - nothing was too much trouble and they were all really friendly. Special mention to chef Oliver, Connie, Jumiati and the rest of the staff in Café Tatu; Norman and the staff in the Horizon Lounge (top, top breakfast). It seems a little unfair to pick those out as every single staff member we encountered was exemplary at every level but we had the most interaction with them. Very well done to everyone. We will definitely be back!!
