The July - Boat & Co is a 4-star hotel located along the waterfront in Amsterdam's Houthaven district, ideal for both short and extended stays. Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and so helpful! It’s in a more residential area so very quiet and I could sleep with the window open at night without being disturbed. The room/apartment was spacious and equipped with basic kitchenware in case I wanted to cook or heat up leftovers. Having a fridge in the room was invaluable, especially with the summer heat. Coming back to cold bottles of water in the fridge was amazing. The room has a thermostat so you can cool it down or heat it up around 3 degrees either way and it got actually cold! Can’t stress enough how amazing that is, because it was HUMID and so hot in Amsterdam this weekend. The hotel itself is pretty! The gym was stunning, and a lot of locals hang out by the docks to sun tan because it’s right on the water.

Awesome location, that should be visited during the summers; even during our visit it was a beautiful surrounding.

The island life Texel - Wellness ligger i De Koog og tilbyder indkvartering med terrasse eller balkon, gratis wi-fi, fladskærms-tv samt en have og et fælles opholdsområde. Very nice and quiet place! Location is very good. Not in the centre of city (far from noise), but all the cafes and restaurants are quite close, about 10 minutes to walk from the Wellness.. Bus stop is right there about 2 minutes from place. We enjoyed the sauna and warm outdoor jacuzzi. Room was very clean and organised. Coffee machine in the room it's very convenient too. We had very good breakfast and great picnic with grilled meat in the yard (rest and picnic area). Thank you Monica for amazing time in your place!

Set along the UNESCO World Heritage listed Herengracht, Waldorf Astoria Amsterdam consists of 6 monumental 17th century canal palaces. very nice hotel, historical building with very friendly service, a wonderful garden to sit in and relax, read, work. Beautiful breakfast room.
