The accommodation features a concierge service, and luggage storage for guests. the hotel is excellent and highly recommended! our two rooms were clean and comfortable. the mosquito nets on the windows turned out to be life-savers. one of the rooms had a river view which is stunning and roars you to sleep. and the chef should be very proud of the restaurant! but the best feature is the staff, charmingly young, yet efficient, professional and very helpful. the bookings.com had failed to send our reservation through to the hotel, but the manager, bob, sorted it out, even giving us the original price despite the price of the day being much higher due to the peek of the tourist season. he upgraded one of our rooms too! and all that very politely and friendly! thank you to everyone who works at the pollfoss!
