This one possibly the nicest overall experience we have ever had. We have travelled around the world and the level of service and attention to detail was amazing!! We felt so welcomed and the room and grounds were beautiful. The food was delicious, hats off to the chef!! Also being away from the primary entry to the park we had a great safari experience, even waking up to rhino across the river from our bungalow deck. Thank you so much for a beautiful stay!

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

Green Chwadi Nature Retreat tem um jardim, salão partilhado, um restaurante e bar em Kawasoti. Apresentando uma cozinha partilhada, este alojamento também dispõe de parque infantil. I didn‘t know what it means living together in a community but now I know it. I experienced the jungle safari with the jeep and an amazing, english speaking guide, doing some bicycling with the cycles of community members enjoying the sunset at the agriculture, meeting students on the way to school, doing some fishing and collecting snails in the river, eating local food and dancing with the women group. I also enjoyed drinking the clean and refreshing water and taking a shower at the chwadi while talking to the community. The friendly and helpful staff is preparing delicious food by using regional and fresh products.
