Essa camp in Wahiba Sands in Al Raka provides accommodation with a spa and wellness centre and massage services. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Very beautiful spot. Well-designed and well-decorated bubble. Issa is an extremely kind and accommodating owner. PERFECT stay! Definitely the best camp in the desert. Simple good meal and very large quantity !

A buffet, à la carte or continental breakfast can be enjoyed at the property. At Arabian Nights Resort & Spa you will find a restaurant serving American, Chinese and British cuisine. Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. Everything just great, from the appartment to breakfast, pool, the complex, extremly nice personel etc. The desert drive is wonderful. It is absolutely no problem to drive there yourself. Just go to the tire shop close to shell gas station and ask them to lower the tire pressure. The drive is quite easy, dont worry. Yoga classes and fitness classes are arranged at the fitness room in house. Ski equipment hire, bike hire and car hire are available at the luxury tent and the area is popular for skiing and cycling. A casino and an indoor play area are available at Luxury Desert Camp Oman, while guests can also relax on the sun terrace. Everything + the activities was amazing and so fun! The food was really delicious too. They have water/coffee/tea/fruit/dates all complimentary and also built us a fire in the evening. We opted for the single plate for dinner rather than buffet and it was more than enough food! We also added sand skating (which was mostly sleds), archery (shooting) and ATV. Highly recommend doing the ATV - it was so fun! Thanks for a great stay.

Big space, and good view! No 4w needed to reach the hotel. Good dinner and breakfast. The staffs are friendly. Hilal drove us to desert, and it was great fun. We had good stay.

It is super easy to reach with a 4x4 or AWD vehichle, just 14km out from the main road. The area is nice and quiet, with a big dune to climb right next to the camp. The breakfast and dinner was great, very tasty and plenty, also cute to have a popcorn while watching the outdoor cinema. The sultan tent was nice and spacious.

Staff were lovely and helped us to retrieve our rental car keys that we had dropped. Dinner was tasty and of good variety. Location is excellent - right in the middle of the desert. Rooms are well furnished, clean with a nice outdoor area to relax and have breakfast

Very spacious room, nice and friendly staff. Clean and modern hotel. Good location, very close to a small beach where we spent a day swimming and sunbathing, local fishermen came back with their small boats full of fish and it is located at about 5 minutes walk from the Turtle Reserve Visitor Centre. We liked the small coffee shop located next to the grocery store, we had local Omani breakfast and dinner there.

It was a very fun experience in the desert, despite the fact that the sandstorm started. The tent is spacious, tidy, the bedding is clean. The hosts are wonderful, agreed, told about the desert. They were very nice and friendly. Dinner and breakfast were very nice. we made a bonfire in the evening. I recommend it. Getting to the tents is not difficult.
