Villa Caprichosa Boutique Hotels is located in Taboga, an island off the coast of Panama City. It offers spacious suites just a short walk from several beautiful beaches. A beautiful boutique hotel within absolutely stunning views! It was a great location set back from the hustle and bustle of the main port. An oasis to relax and take in the amazing views of the city and the island. We had the Blue Diamond room with a shared private balcony. The staff were so lovely. They collected us from the ferry and would drop us down to town when needed. Food was delicious, highly recommend the Clam pasta!

Ubers are very affordable, making it convenient to reach popular spots like the airport, Biomuseo, Casco Viejo, the Panama Canal, and nearby hiking parks. The condo itself was stunning—professionally decorated with great attention to detail. It featured high-end bedding, a comfortable couch with cozy throws, and even a steamer for clothes. The fully equipped kitchen, washer, and dryer made our stay even more comfortable, exceeding all our expectations. The building’s restaurants were excellent, and there’s a fantastic mini-market just behind the building. Our host, Nelly, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I only wish we had booked for a longer time! If you’re considering a few options in the area, I highly recommend this one!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded for free to a better room – such a nice touch! The room was spotless, very comfortable, and the whole place felt quiet and relaxing. The pool area was lovely, and the on-site restaurant served excellent food. What really stood out to me was the staff – they were absolutely amazing: friendly, helpful, and always going the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable. If I had to mention a couple of small improvements, it would be nice to have more vegetarian options at breakfast, and my room didn’t have a hair dryer (though this might have just been an oversight). Overall, these are very minor things compared to the overall experience. I would rate my stay 10/10 and would definitely come back again!
