The service was friendly and professional, and rooms were well-designed and comfortable. The restaurant food was good overall, as was bar service. Great extra facilities, like an Alpaca farm and information centre with great educational material about condors and camelids. We'll be coming back for a longer stay to take advantage of the horse riding and hikes.

Drinks and snacks can be ordered from the bar during the day. Suites are beautifully decorated, lots of natural light, very clean and even have heated flooring. Beautiful flower gardens along the pathway between buildings. Gorgeous views of mountains.

Free WiFi is available in public areas. The room was amazing, massive bed, bathroom with “actual hot water” (sorry Peru but I get told all the time there is hot water and their ain’t). The management team and Brecky crew are lovely.

A large variety of outdoor leisure activities are available, such as the giant condors spotting, horse riding, hiking or visits to the local alpaca farm. Stunning location and beautiful chalets - very comfortable beds and top notch customer service. Highly recommend
