Services such as towel beach which was provided from the hotel was a huge plus!

The best hotel I have ever stayed at! Everything was amazing, the facilities, the restaurants, the beach. Also the pick up from the airport. They picked us up and took us to a private port, from which we were taken directly to the hotel by private boat.

The staff deserves special recognition for their genuine friendliness and efficiency. Every interaction felt personal and warm, and they went above and beyond to accommodate my various requests. This level of attentiveness made my stay feel uniquely tailored to my needs. The managers were equally impressive, always present and ensuring that every guest, including myself, was fully satisfied and had their needs anticipated. Breakfast was a highlight of my stay. Phòng khá đẹp so với khu vực đó. Tôi đến vào dịp sinh nhật con trai mình và order bánh cùng ăn tối ở nhà hàng của khách sạn. Các nhân viên khi mang bánh đã hát chúc mừng, tôi rất cảm kích. Anh phục vụ đã hỏi số phòng và để 1 chiếc cookie lên giường trong khi chúng tôi đang ăn tối ở nhà hàng. Tôi trở lại phòng nhận bánh vui và bất ngờ, nhưng tôi hơi xấu hổ vì căn phòng của tôi bề bộn.

I stayed in detox villa and I loved it! Too comfortable with a super balcony. All the property is full of natural. It is like you are in a mountain but actually you are in an island! You need a tricycle to go in station 2 where is everything. It cost 150 pesos.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Shangri-La hotel in Boracay. Everything about the staff , the facilities, the service was great and enjoyable. The place is huge and everything can be done without ever going out on the island. the hotel also provides van transfer service, which allows to go visit the island and the town center very easily. Inside the resort, we felt very secured and everything was done for us to feel the most comfortable as possible the food was delicious, the breakfast is very rich and diverse to please every taste. The swimming pools are superb, with sea view to relax in the best environment.
