I can only recommend this hotel! The staff was super supportive and nice, the breakfast was delicious and the view from the rooftop bar was great. The location is in the heart of El Nido and all activities and restaurants are easily reachable by foot. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Keep in mind that a 4- or 5-star hotel in the Philippines are somewhat lower. This surprised us in many aspects. The best? 1) That the location is outside the center of El Nido in an authentic community 2) The food. I was afraid that I have read that the food is great but is of exact amount. We do not agree with those comments. It is true that it is designed for appetizer, main course and dessert. I believe that the owners are Spanish and Filipino that's why the proportion of the food is according to these cultures. They cook with good water and olive oil and the dishes do not exceed 10$ and it is super quality. We have enjoyed the food and repeated several dishes and wines. 3) The natural environment where you feel really connected with. 4) The private tours crafted just for you 5) Massages are exceptional 6) Game areas and pool offers enjoyment It is a place for the lovers of nature, books and exclusive services. A 10 to staff. We will be back for sure. They only have 7 cottages and as much as we want to stay for another couple of nights, sadly we can't because they are fully booked.

Best is when they organised an evening barbeque on a Island beach. Terrific!

The place is unique, the villas are beautiful and the view from the terrace amazing. The pool is great and the food in the restaurant delicious and has reasonable prices. The staff was very nice and helpful, very responsive via what’s up.

Set amidst lush greenery, Cauayan Island Resort offers luxurious and peaceful accommodation in El Nido. The resort features an outdoor infinity pool, and a restaurant on site. The property at Cauayan was absolutely stunning. The facilities were pristine and the staff was so kind and helpful throughout my entire stay.

Free tours available to the small and big lagoons, which due to the proximity arrive before all the remaining tourists arrive, giving a real private experience. Excellent food and facilities. Overall great and friendly staff. We arrived at 09:00 and were allowed to check in to a room straight away (even though ours wasn’t ready yet, we were given another one until ours was ready)
