Everyone is so friendly and kind, when they found out that this is our honeymoon, they gifted us with a bottle of champagne in our room, which was very unexpected and pleasant surprise. The administrator at the reception was a huge contribution to improving the quality of our trip, we don’t know what we would have done without her. Her quick actions and proficiency in communication helped us arrange a rental car for a very good price and on the same day, which we couldn’t find ourselves for already two days before that. She advised us on the best hiking routes in the Tatra mountains, which we loved so much and have so great memories of now. We also had a chance to meet the owner of the hotel, who was also very welcoming to us and very pleasant to talk to. We will definitely come back here some other time, this will be our favorite place to stay in Zakopane for sure.
