The welcome we had from the staff at the front desk was exceptional. The intro to the hotel and facilities was great. Welcome drink on one of the terraces (we chose which one) was lovely overlooking the pool! The room we had was fabulous, we were upgraded on arrival which was lovely. The food in the restaurant was particularly good, we ate there for both of our two night stay. The decor around the hotel is fantastic. Very different, but amazing to see. We absolutely loved the hotel and staff and will definitely come back.

Our airconditioning failed with was notable at the reception, directly the staff knocked out our door to fix it. Quality bedding and clean. Nice rooms. All rooms have special names with dedicated sweet referred to the room type. 15 minutes walk time downtown.

I was a bit concerned after reading some reviews, but we didn’t have any issues at all. The suite was beautiful and very clean, and the staff were lovely—going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The spa and wellness facilities were fab. We hired the bikes almost every day and did the yoga classes which were all fantastic and easy to organise. Breakfast was perfect for us, and we especially appreciated that it was available until 11 AM. The restaurant food was good—not extraordinary, but we had no complaints! You can tell everything is made fresh, with some ingredients sourced locally, many even grown on the property. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!
