The in-room amenities were thoughtful and comprehensive—everything from a fully equipped kitchenette to cozy seating areas and modern appliances, ensuring every need was met. The buffet breakfast was great, the variety and quality of the food were superb, catering to all tastes. The staff deserve a special mention for their warm and friendly service. From check-in to check-out, they ensured our stay was really enjoyable. I would gladly return and highly recommend it.

This is not jus a place to sleep it is an unbelievable experience. It is like you are traveling back in time. The piano and violin playing at breakfast, the fado dinners, the wine cellar with cheese and olives plants for free for the hotel guests, and wine directly from the barrel. The staff is amazing and makes you feel like home. I was lucky to have an early tour by Marcio who showed me all the wonders of the hotel.

The concierge, yasoja Ekanayaje was extremely helpful and always there every day to answer any query we had and on the evenings , he checked with us to know how our day went. He is a very valuable person to the hotel, such care and a friendly happy personaluty, he made us feel very special and welcome there. All the staff were very friendly , and helpful , our cleaner greeted us every morning too , the reception staff were also very pleasant and the breakfast staff were very cheerful and helpful, this hotel has excellent customer care

At PortoBay Liberdade guests can enjoy a daily breakfast. Guests can relax at the bar in the hotel. Loved the rooftop jacuzzi and bar, had a fab dinner one night and the beds were very comfortable.

At night, guests can visit the lively Bairro Alto 850 metres away. the view was immaculate! the pool area is so beautiful. We stayed at one of the apartments and it was very spacious.
