The staff working in the hotel is very kind and hospitable. It was pleasing that the little things were thought out very carefully which I like the most. For example: the hair dryer is more functional than standard hotel hair dryers (stronger motor power, the ability to operate it without constantly holding it down - the ability to use it without pressing your finger). there is an iron and iron table, there is a large umbrella for heavy rain (unfortunatelly the weather was very rainy and windy and we used the large umbrella all through our holiday).

Áurea Museum by Eurostars Hotel Company is a unique 5-star property situated on the banks of the Tagus River, in a historic building in Lisbon's iconic Alfama quarter. The hotel features a permanent archaeological exhibition, as well as modern facilities, like an indoor pool, restaurant, massage room and Turkish bath. The room and location was excellent. Enjoyed walking around to see the sites. Enjoyed the massive buffet with something for everyone. Definitely one of the highlight stays of our 3 weeks in Portugal

The accommodation has air-conditioned rooms and free WiFi. In the range of rooms available, there are 3 exclusive royal suites and 2 superior suites with views over the Tagus River or over the old town. Breakfast is great. If i ever come back to Lisbon i will definitely come again to this hotel

GREAT breakfast, great bed. it's not cheap but for this level of service you usually pay much more.
