Modern and urban hotel with beautiful interior design. Our room on the first floor was very spacious with the magical view overlooking Luis Bridge. Food was AMAZING! From the delicious breakfast to lunch and dinner at the roof top restaurant. Great spot when you want to soak up the Porto view. The staff was always at our service, very attentive, checking if we need something. They gave us some great recommendations about places to visit, where to go to beach and which bars has the best view at the Atlantic ocean. Tranquility Water Lounge was so beautiful and relaxing. You can book your time slot. I was in the morning and I had entire pool for myself! They are a small luxury hotel but very friendly and approachable. If you are into books, lots of great books around the hotel. Fashion, art, culture, design, you name it. I will definitely come back!

Staff at the 24-hour front desk speak English, Spanish, French and Portuguese. Location was excellent, in walking distance to everything. Staff were super friendly. Fab shower and bed was unbelievably comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Ideally located in the União de Freguesias do Centro district, this hotel offers a bar, as well as a hammam. The hotel features an indoor pool, sauna and room service. Located on lovely pedestrian/touristic street in the heart of the city. Nearly everything in the city is a walkable distance away, so we never really needed to take the public transport/taxi unless we did day trips out of town. It's also about 5 minutes away from Sao Bento train station, so it was easy to get there even with our luggage. Staff was very nice, they recommanded restaurants to us, and helped us book them. One complementary drink voucher was given to each person in our party to enjoy at the hotel bar during happy hour. Room was clean, and water, Nespresso coffee pods, and tea sachets were replaced each day. Beds were also redone each day without having to ask for room service. Shower pressure was amazing.

A comfortable sanctuary for creating, resting, or relaxing. The thoughtfulness that was shown to me made me feel truly seen, valued, and cared for. I never expected this level of warmth and attention to detail and as I left there were hugs all around and the kindest parting gifts to accompany me home - some tea leaves from my favorite morning tea at the Palacete Severo and a rose freshly cut from within the gorgeous gardens. At Palacete Severo, service transcends expectation—this is not just a hotel; it’s a second home, lovingly curated to cradle its guests in comfort, art, peace, and serenity.
