Located in the centre of Predeal, Hotel Carmen offers free access to the spa centre. You can take a swim in the heated indoor pool, relax in the hot tub, use the dry and wet sauna or the fitness room.... Room was very clean,the right and enough size with a great balcony. Staff were really nice,helpful and polite. Indoor pool,jacuzzi,steam sauna,cold room,massage,face treagments all great,just perfect to relax.

The restaurant of the hotel, the room was nice, hotel is well organized, we went to ski on a free shuttle by the hotel, we also rented ski equipment by the hotel, basically everything you need the hotel has it .

The views are unbeatable, the breakfast is excellent and I could go on and on. They also have a big playroom for kids. A special mention for the amazing staff who go out of their way to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I mention in particular Claudia and Robert with whom I interacted the most.
